My Approach
I take a pragmatic, supportive and person-centered approach to coaching. I am an energetic person and carry my energy into sessions, yet work to client’s pace.  I particularly enjoy helping people to get the most out of themselves and achieve a higher level of satisfaction in all areas of their lives.
I have experience in mediating large groups and facilitating team coaching sessions such that the team can work out what they want to achieve and how best to go about it, whilst balancing this with the needs and preferences of individuals.
Having a military and medical background, I feel I could be particularly effective in coaching clients in these fields, due to an existing understanding of the contexts. However, my approach has been shown to work across with clients from all walks of life.
When scheduling sessions I am flexible, and ideally prefer face to face coaching sessions, however I am happy to work via telephone or skype calls, as well as email if this helps the client fit coaching into their schedules. When working towards new goals I expect clients to carry out work between sessions, in order to take ownership of their goals and achievements.
